In recent years, SevenMila has developed a close collaboration with Europcar Mobility Group, providing strategic services and standout activations at various events and trade fairs across Spain. This relationship has enabled the brand to strengthen its presence and connect with different audiences through dynamic brand experiences tailored to the setting of each event.

One of the most significant projects is the activation of Europcar Mobility Group’s stand at the International Tourism Trade Fair (FITUR) in 2023, 2024 and 2025, held in Madrid. SevenMila coordinated the overall activation of the project, overseeing the design and execution of the stand, as well as the production and organisation of meetings, conferences and parallel client activities within the framework of the trade fair. In addition, the agency implemented digital activations linked to Europcar’s spirit of mobility, including snowboarding and cycling simulators, which encouraged visitors to engage with the brand.

Since 2023, SevenMila has also been responsible for activating Europcar’s stand at the Mutua Madrid Open, one of the country’s most important tennis tournaments. The agency handled the design, build, coordination and energising of the space, which included an interactive activity where attendees could compete and win prizes, from rental discounts to promotional packs. To facilitate interaction with the public, SevenMila managed the selection and training of hostesses and hosts, responsible for capturing leads and providing information about Europcar’s services.

Another notable collaboration took place as part of La Vuelta 2023, where Europcar was an official supplier. SevenMila managed and organised various activations linked to the brand’s presence in the cycling tour, including the planning of events related to Barcelona’s presentation as the host city for the start, the production of bespoke merchandising for Europcar, and the design of an ad hoc marquee used across different stages of the competition.

In 2024, the agency also organised a commemorative event for Europcar’s 75th Anniversary for B2B clients, in an exceptional setting such as the Barcelona waterfront during the America’s Cup, at the Hospitality Port Barcelona. The event included a round table on sustainability and digitalisation in the mobility sector, combining networking with strategic content for clients.

Over these years, SevenMila has demonstrated its ability to deliver end-to-end brand activation services, space design and interactive experiences for Europcar and its associated brands, adapting to the needs of each event and maximising visibility and engagement with target audiences.
